“The mugs I ordered arrived pretty quickly. They looked very cool, although two of them had flaws where the wrap was scratched or worn through. I emailed the team at GroomsShop and they replaced the damaged ones for me at no cost and got them here before my wedding. The product itself is decent, but the customer service is wonderful. Very impressed with the entire experience.”
“Great set. I was on the fence about what it would be like, once I received them I was extremely satisfied. Great quality in glass, looks and feel. Packaging was great wrapped in paper, and boxed separately. Only thing I would like more is if the handle was a bit bigger to put my whole hand in.”
“I was excited to receive the mugs they look amazing. Only issue I had was you were selling them in groups of 5 when I needed 6. I had to Google and search to buy just one more and it took a little bit. When I did find it to my surprise it cost the same amount as the 5 together did. You'd do much better if you give the costumer an option to choose as many at they like instead of grouping them together in odd number sets that might not work for everyone.”
