“The product was fantastic, they felt sturdy but not too heavy. They all came on time and packed very carefully. 2 out of 10 mugs came with scratches and scrapes on them. The options for choosing the style were not clear enough. The style looks awesome but some of the letters did not look as good as others, for example the J looked very tiny and whimpy compared to the T or A.”
