“I was super excited when I placed this order because I've been planning this gift for months. Shipping time was great, however, the product I received was terrible. I ordered the personalized watch box. The writing was rough and the letters were missing the top porton. I'm super disappointed! I called and was told I'd be sent a replacement immediately and then received an email the following day stating I was refunded. I feel like my hopes were up once I was told they were sending me a replacement because the woman promised it would not happen again. I'm just overall super disappointed. I've been anticipating this gift for so long and now can't even give it.”
