“I ordered 10 mugs. I had 3 that did not turn out. I “contacted” the company about them and never got a response. One would think with a $250 purchase there would be some quality assurance.”

“This has been at nightmare. I ordered on July 20 and am yet to receive my items. The original purchase was lost by the carrier, when I reached out to customer support they told me to wait a few more days. The items still didn’t arrive so I utilized the insurance. Unfortunately the items were out of stock so I ordered a similar product. I originally purchased 6 items however they only replaced 5 and I had to follow up multiple times for the refund on the missing items. I cannot speak on the quality of the items as they still have not arrived. While I don’t plan to marry again I would advise couples to use a different site. This company has been terrible to work with and they clearly don’t care about their customers.”

“Mugs looked way better than I expected. Really nice quality too. Lettering is nice and crisp and the mug feels really nice and heavy. When two arrived broken they were extremely fast to send me replacements.”
