“4 of the 5 coolers turned out well overall. The one that did not had an "E" as part of the last name embroidered on the cooler. The transitions on the letter E from the vertical aspect to each horizontal aspect of the letter showed very obvious and poor transitions. I contacted customer service the day I received the coolers and did get a response. The were actually very responsive initially and they offered to redo the product. They then said that when they re-ran the embroidery it looked the same, offering to send me a picture to show me. I never received this picture, altering asking for it multiple times. They subsequently stated that they would try again, again saying that it looked the same. A request for a picture again never came to fruition. All of this communication took place over a 3 week period after I received the coolers. Finally, I couldn't wait any longer because I needed the cooler for the gift that I intended it for. I am very disappointed in the embroidery and don't feel good at all about giving this particular cooler as a gift.”
