“Flask and lighter came scratched and dented which was embarrassing giving my best man that as a gift. Overall the customer service was horrible. Called multiple times and no one ever answered my calls. Received a call back once 3 days after leaving multiple voicemails. Used the chat and email contact as well with no answer. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will never use grooms shop again.”
