“I really enjoy the product, it's good quality. But the engraving is not what I ordered. So I looked at my receipt to make sure I didn't mess up on what I needed. I didn't. It was engraved with the incorrect names and information. I will be asking for a refund and will not be returning, despite liking the actual product.”
