“Service was terrible. I ordered 2 sets of 5 personalized mugs and was I “guaranteed” they would have them before September 12th. I received part of my order but was still missing 4 of the mugs. I contacted Groomshop and explained I had not received all of my order. The only explanation I received was “sorry”. I did not have not received all of my order by the date I was promised I would. Very poor service and very poor customer service as well. They would not accept responsibility for THEIR mistake. Very disappointed, I will NEVER order anything from them again.”
