“So I ordered these for my Groomsmen and missed the section to add additional print on them, 100% my fault. However a representative from the company emailed me and asked if I’d like to add anything. I was so happy they caught my error. I said yes, and asked them to add my date and Groomsman to each one. When they showed up they only had there last names on the mugs. I’m not completely disappointed. But it’s something they went out of their way to ask, and then not follow through.”
