“Bag is good. Issue is delayed processing and shipment. Advertised to be shipped within 7-10 days but took a month. Despite assurances by e-mail that it would be shipped in time for x-mas my grandson did not get this until the week after. That's not a good look for your company.
I'm not likely to order or recommend this company for any product for that reason.”
