“Placed my order July 6, went without hearing anything for three weeks. Had to call your company TWICE to try to find out a status for my order and no one had a single clue what was going on with my order. Clearly your business name should be “we know nothing company”. Literally the week before my wedding I had to scramble around to find new gifts for my groomsmen. Luckily for me Amazon had the exact same thing and for cheaper and they were able to get it to me within 5 days. If you want to buy your groomsmen a gift go to Amazon not this company. This company can’t find their way out of a brown paper bag when wet. Worst customer experience ever. Grooms BEWARE.”

USPS has been waiting a week for the product. It looks like I will not have my product in time for my wedding. Very disappointed with how my situation is being handled. Still need the gifts before my wedding..”
