“The size of the monograms on the decanters I received are much larger than what the website indicated and are clearly too big for the decanters. The monograms are also off center with some being so far to the right that they touch the edges. Several of the monograms were peeling off when I unwrapped them from the shipping package. I am very disappointed in the product. I also sent an email to customer service requesting information on how to get a refund and 3-4 days later I still have not gotten a response from them. If I could give less than one star I would.”
