“I received my decanters 5 out of 5 were different, I also received two broken ones ,I emailed and have not received anything back. I am waiting back to hear about the broke ones. I need them by next week for an engagement party to ask my groomsman. And I will not have them. I am very disappointed. Hopefully I get them before then.”

“This company does not know how to ship fragile glass items. Two of the items were shattered when they arrived. I requested they priority ship the replacements. It took nearly a month to arrive, and 4 items were shattered AGAIN. This company skims on shipping fragile items and they will arrive broken. Absolutely abysmal.”
