“They all came packaged very nicely. I was really surprised at the quality of the decanters. They are very sturdy and have a good weight. The only thing I might would change is the size of the custom name doesn’t seem quite as big in person. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the purchase.”
“Received a broken bottle had to email them 4 times amd the only reason they got back to me because of a bad mouth Facebook post. I had to pay for insurance to cover the bottle in case they broke. What business doesn't cover their own product. On top of all that it took me nearly 3 weeks to get a hold of someone to replace it. Its now been over a month and I don't have the replacement.”
