“The item came out great, besides one tiny pinhole crack, but that doesn’t look like it’s affecting anything. The communication and amount of time it took to build and ship was bad. I get it, the holidays can take extra time, but they never let me know of the extra time it would take. Instead my email says estimated 3-5 business days to ship. About 3 weeks go by and I message them for an update, they never responded, instead I get a notification the next day saying my order is being prepared. So I kinda think they forgot or misplaced my order. They shipped it and it took a week to get here, again I know the holidays, shipping from vegas to Florida it can take a while during holidays, I’m not upset about that, not their fault. But a little over a month to get it without communication is a little ridiculous.”
