“I should have read the description better with the size of these “chairs” they aren’t even a foot off the ground and I would not have ordered them if I knew that they were so short. I wanted to exchange them for something else but customer service hasn’t answered any of my emails. Would not recommend”
“These are very high quality, and arrived well within time. The pocket that has the names sewn on them are removable via velcro. Something i was unaware of, but happy to find out. The cooler portion are quite well made. They're no YETI, but they'll keep your objects cold plenty.”
“Products great, horrible customer service, finally got an answer after 4th time contacting customer service 2 emails never got answered to this day, then I called customer service wondering where my products were cause it was well over the company’s policy on production and shipping time they stated would arrive later that week but they gave me the incorrect tracking number when asked to receive the new one was told they would email me, then they never did, called back following week (4th time and person actually was helpful) and apparently they cancelled that order and were making a new one and would then have to wait even longer to receive it, needless to say took over a month to receive and absolute shit for customer service. ”
