“2 Pilsner came in shattered. I've tried multiple times to send an email and email has not worked. Oddly enough, it looks like going through this website works. I have called and been told once I send the email I can get replacements, but the email continues to bounce. I really want those items for my Groomsmen, but now it's going to be tough to get the items to those men due to them going back to their home towns after the wedding. Also note, this was with paying $30 extra for shipping. Just bad all around.”

“One glass arrived broken, was promised that a new one would be made and shipped out immediately but it’s been a week and I have yet to hear that it’s in production, shipped andything and we need these glasses as a gift for our wedding in 4 weeks”
