“The mugs I received looked NOTHING like the picture. My experience has been horrible!!! They messed up my original order. I specifically asked them to contact me before they redid the order to make sure we were both on the same page and they went ahead and redid the order without communicating with me about the size of the lettering on the redone order. The original order looked nothing like the lettering and date on the picture on their website. They will not call me - they only communicate via email. They tell me conflicting information. My wedding date is two weeks away and I still have not received the redone order so I have no clue if it is even going to look good. Very stressful. I would NEVER use this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
