“The package was lost in transit. Contacted via email and was finally told if the package didnt appear in a few more days, they'd reship or refund. (Email proof) yes. They're personalized but they offered. The bags sat in Texas for quite some time. Tried calling multiple times and there are no humans that answer calls or return messages. I did not get a response until after I messaged on Facebook. Eventually, the bags arrived in a destroyed box, in the rain and were dirty. When I messaged, the company said well they made it. Send pics and we will reship. Their response took so long, I had already cleaned the bags and was supremely ticked. I said the least you can do is refund a portion. Now I get no response whatsoever. Though the bags may have been nice if they were in good shape upin arrival, I definitely do NOT recommend purchasing here. I did not plan on leaving a review but, I received an email requesting one.”
“Got 5 bags for my groomsmen and myself. Pretty durable looking bags. I'll primarily use it daily for work and such. Haven't tested it on a rainy day though lol we'll get there”
