“Your instructions for monogramming was awful. It was only after I got the product did I see that the last name initial should have been the middle letter in the 3 letters provided to you. I was terribly disappointed with whit I received.”

“Average quality for the price. One of the monograms looks backwards but I was told it isn’t. Therefore, it’s useless since the initials look backwards. Would not order from them again.”
