“I don’t have a problem with the glasses themselves. The present went over well. I do have a problem with the communication. The email was incorrect. The phone number was incorrect. So there was no way to cancel my order when the glasses were coming much later than expected. In addition, once received, one was broken and given the above reasons, I haven’t been able to get it replaced.”
“I was shorted two of my custom glasses and still haven’t received them! I tried getting ahold of customer service but it appears to be non-existent. The glasses were for my wedding which was yesterday...”
