I still ended up giving the glass to my best man and the receipt that also shows that the glass was supposed to have MODERN Monogram was left in the box and is now gone but I screenshotted the Shop app where it clearly shows the MODERN monogram lowball was a part of the order, but either way you sent the wrong design so I applaud you for being unable to follow simple directions.”
