“DO NOT BUY FROM GROOMSSHOP! I ordered pocket watches as my gift for my groomsmen almost 2 months before my wedding. For about a month, I tried contacting them to get an update and I got zero response. I finally did get a hold of someone in customer service and they couldn’t give me any concrete status update on my order. Sure enough, my wedding came and went and I still didn’t have my groomsmen gifts. I had them cancel my order and I ordered with another vendor. After my order was cancelled, I received my order that I no longer needed. Needless to say, this was an utter disaster and I will never use Groomsshop again.”

“Near the engraving there was a piece of metal that wasnt flush with with the rest of the surface. Not noticeable from a distance but definitely noticable to the touch. Wish they were slightly larger in diameter”
