“I ordered 4 of these for my wedding and the flasks that were delivered do not match the ones shown here. The ones I received did not have the nice white stitching anywhere on the flask and the leather is very cheaply super glued on the back. I imagine that glue seam won't last much longer than a year. I contacted customer service and was told since these were "personalized" I couldn't get a return. Despite the fact that my product does not match what is pictured here. Avoid!”
“Very poor quality. Looks, feels, and sounds cheap. I will say that the customer service was wonderful and gave me a quick refund, which I appreciate. However, this item is not at all acceptable as a gift.”
