“The glassware was received by the recipient after Christmas. Repeated attempts to get a delivery date was unsuccessful.
The gift itself was good according to the recipient. The box it shipped in was damaged but the contents were not.
Too many issues getting email responses to questions in a timely manner results in not using this vendor again.”
“Loved the finished product! Arrived MUCH later than promised. Groomshop emailed me and said they "screwed up" but didn't offer me anything extra, kinda think they should have. This was a Christmas gift for my future son-in-law, had to give it to him late but he did love it. Product was great, just make sure you order way in advance.”
