“I ordered item on Nov 8 and it was incomplete. 2nd attempt was wrong. Still waiting on 3rd attempt. If it doesnt arrive before christmas, ill be requesting a refund!”
“After repeated calls about my order, it did arrive 3 days before the wedding. However, 18 glass items were put in a thin cardboard box with little to no packing material and each item was shattered or damaged. We had to scramble to find last minute gifts from another source and I had to make multiple calls to receive a refund. Beware.”
