“The decanter/lowball glasses seem like they would have been nice, however they arrived completely shattered. It’s not their fault that accidents happen, but their customer service is a broken phone message system and they have not responded to emails about re-doing the order which leaves me with an extremely beat up box of shattered glass pieces.”
“Took three weeks to arrive, was packaged in one roll of bubble wrap and unsurprisingly was shattered into a thousand shards of tiny sharp glass. I wouldn't normally rate 1 star for a shipping info, but was so poorly packaged there was no way it wasn't going to break.”
