“Horrible customer service nothing came on time they don’t answer any emails ordered this well in advance of my wedding and wasn’t there on time. If you want things on time do not order from them.”
“if i could give a zero star i would. I never received my personalized whisky flask set despite being informed that it had been delivered. It wasn't until numerous messages and emails were sent that I was finally updated that the whisky flask set was out of stock and there was no determination as to when I would actuality receive it. I had ordered this on august 30 and was told it was delivered September 18, which it was not. I only received a response to my numerous emails and Facebook messages on September 21. Even then the original response I received stated that my order had been received in February of 2019, which was a completely different order. Needless to say I am very disappointed and upset with this entire experience, which is a shame because I have used this company in the past and was pretty pleased with all my purchases. However I will be sure never to use this again and will inform my friends and family who have also used this company in the past to not use them as well. Please take all of this into consideration for your future customers.”
Apologies for the inconvenience. We try the best that we can to send out all orders despite of our current situation. Our black flask gift set went out of stock and we are still waiting for our new stocks to arrive. We don't have any news yet as to when our new stocks will arrive. And due to this uncertainty, the order was cancelled and a full refund was processed. Again, apologies for the trouble that this caused.
