“I could not be more disappointed with the quality control AND customer service from Groomshop for this simple item. After successfully buying whiskey and beer sets, these customized coasters somehow proved to be too difficult to make and deliver TWICE. From different fonts to incorrect messaging to months delay for replacement items which were in the incorrect quantity, I ended up getting a full refund and giving up. Highly disappointed and hope someone corrects these issues moving forward.”
