“Quick and easy to order online and fast delivery but each money clip came scratched and unpolished. Although it may be time consuming but each money clip should be individually bubbled wrapped. You can’t ship 7 items in one package without any protection barrier, stainless steel none the less”
“This shop was the worse experience I have had when buying something online. We had thought that we had finally found exactly what we were looking for. When the package arrived all the money clips we had ordered were damaged. They didn't even come wrapped in bubble wrap or anything to protect them. I immediacy contacted customer service and asked for a full refund but when you order an item (especially when its "custom") it shouldn't come damaged.”
