“Have only used once so far so that's why I rated 4 instead of 5. Easy to use/clean and does good job of extraction. In hindsight, I would have also ordered a butter mold as this would have made it easy to measure out quantities. How about including one in the bundle I purchased for future customers? Thanks.”
