“I used the registration feature to ensure I got the correct part. It arrived incorrect, I contacted my local gsf branch who advised, a pump wasn't available for my car and I was probably sent the closest alternative. That's no good to me as it didn’t fit. The local branch wouldn't take the incorrect part back and I had to contact the online facility. By time I pay for postage and factor my time is it worth it. The experience started off great, but I am now extremely disappointed, especially as I had stripped the car down ready to fit the part.”
