“The battery they sent was a good price and well packaged unfortunately the carrier didn't heed the notice on the box telling them to always transport the box ⬆️⬆️this way up, resulting in acid leaking into the plastic bag around the battery. I informed GSF straight away, and to their credit they offered me the choice of another battery, which I declined, for fear of the same thing happening again, so they promptly refunded the cost, they did however leave it up to me to dispose of the acid soaked battery(or drive 25 miles to their nearest branch)and for that they lose one star.”
