“I ordered on line brake parts at the same time as this order. Last saturday came to fit them and discovered at lunchtime that wrong parts had been supplied. Had to wait til Monday to go to my local GSF store to change. Car obviously out of action over the weekend. I was given a refund ticket for the wrong parts. Sales assistant looked surprised that I wanted the correct parts. Eventually the correct parts , so I was told, were supplied. Then asked to pay twice what I had paid on line!. Objected to this and left the shop. I went home and again ordered the parts on line , but this time for a click and collect service and at a similar price that was paid before. I returned to the same store to pick up the parts within the hour. Before I left , I checked to see if the parts were correct. Luckily I did this , for once again I was supplied with the wrong brake pads. I returned to the store to exchange again , and was charged a further £6?? Eventhough on line I had chosen the correct part , I was expected to pay extra , for what I consider your mistake. Eventually , got the correct parts . However after alot of inconvenience and hassle.”
