“First part I ordered didn’t turn up. So I called asking why and they started it wasn’t dispatched. They apologised and then sent out the wrong part. So again I called them. This time they made me take pictures of the part they sent out as they didn’t believe me. Then when they realised they had sent wrong part they told me I had to return to a local branch, otherwise I couldn’t have a refund, but reassured me that I would get a refund of them. When I turned up at said branch they informed they didn’t do refunds, however they would send the part back and the office would pay me. 3 days later I had to call them asking for my refund. Which I then got. This whole thing took 16 days. I still have no part. Went to a different supplier had it next day. Absolutely stay away from this supplier. Not a good experience at all.”
