“I have not bought from GSF before. My car mechanic took out the Kia original part and sourced this replacement. I fetched it and he was immediately critical. The nut would not move easily on the thread. He tried to install while upside down, head under the dash, very difficult to get a tool on the nut. He gave up and tried recutting the thread. Back under the dash, but still too difficult. So, it getting dark and he being the good mechanic he is, refurbished the original (bent shaft). Just very poor quality thread cutting on the GSF part, but cannot return as his work to file the thread was clear.”
