“I had ordered this from GSF's website, using the vehicle checker tool - inputting my vehicle registration and having the website only show parts that fit my vehicle. When the product arrived, I removed the alternator from my car, to find the existing alternator and this one from GSF are completely different. The metal housing is completely the wrong shape, so the alternator won't actually fit in the correct location, and the mounting points are completely wrong, so it can't be bolted correctly. Having contacted GSF about this, they were quick to confirm I could return the item for a refund (which is good), however said I need to take it to my nearest store (which is 45 minutes away) and that the store can't actually process the refund, so I have to wait for their main office to receive it before they'll do anything. Ultimately very poor service that shows that customers should not rely on GSF's website when it states a part will fit your vehicle.”
