“The battery itself is exactly what I needed and fitted perfectly. I do have reservations about the shipping/delivery. The delivery driver left the battery upside down on my doorstep. He did knock on the door as he left it but went very quickly before I had taken in that it was upside down and was gone before I could query it. It was clearly marked which way up it should be and there was the appropriate acid hazard sticker. As the driver left so quickly I was unable to query how long it had been left in the incorrect position, whether it was just from the van to my doorstep or if it had been left upside down for its whole journey. Luckily the acid had not leaked. Please ensure the courier drivers are given the required training when dealing with hazardous materials.”
