Hello, I apologize for any confusion you may have on your order. I'd like to explain what information we have regarding your order. According to our records, we show you ordered a flawless passage on Feb. 28th that was completed the same day with the option that you will claim your own rewards. We also show that via DIM you received all of the loot you should have received for a flawless passage with the exception of the loot you have to claim yourself which was email directly to you. We can also provide copies of this email and loot as well to you. If you'd like to provide more information on what wasn't completed, we'd love to hear back via live chat on-site or via email, as we see this as being fully completed on our end.
