“I'm 6ft, 100kg. The bench fits my frame with plenty of room to spare. I was looking for a solid, comfortable bench that gives plenty of back support. Previously I had an adjustable bench that wasn't giving me enough lumbar support.
It comes in a flat pack. It took me half an hour to assemble. The included instructions are easy to understand. I used two wrenches to tighten the nuts/bolts.
The bench is easy to move around your workout area, with wheels on one end and a nice handle on the other.

“A very good bench but the user needs to be 6 foot tall or less to lay down on it. If taller then buy the 150 cm benches. At 6 foot tall my head is right at the end.”
