“Once it's set up it's a wonderful piece of equipment especially for its price. Comes with its own set of handles as well. It's a lot better than the weight stacks on other cable machines, as you can hit a plateau too early, or worse, you'll out grow them. This is one cable machine you're not going to get too strong for anytime soon! I brought the sleeve adaptors for Olympic plates and you can put about 4 non-bumpers 20s on there (160kg). It's heavy duty, cost effective, and will last a lifetime in strength gains!”
