“I missed a part in the building instructions which in return the machine didn’t work. I couldn’t figure out why and thought it was the machine! The boys at gym direct where more then happy to help even FaceTimes me! Taking time out of their day just to help was really lovely! He showed me over FaceTime how to put the missing bit in and was so lovely and helpful! Long story short if your machine isn’t working properly make sure you put that little metal rod in before putting grub screws in otherwise it will not hold your weight. All in all a great product for price. So happy I shopped with these guys and will continue to :) one of the best customer service I’ve ever received thanks again to the fellas for giving me a hand! :)”
“For the price point, this is a great piece of equipment. You're able to do single or double leg extension and curl. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because being someone that is 188cm, the bar used to lift the weight is a fraction short and can't be adjusted. The work around is to sit on a cushion to boost yourself. Otherwise you're lifting the weight using your shin rather than your ankle.”

“The machine itself functions as it should. However, I was unlucky enough to get a version that had cosmetic damage to all the metal parts, and unfortunately had some broken pieces also.
The customer service was good and management called to apologise and send out the replacement parts.
Apart from the cosmetic damage the machine works well and does what it should. And if it weren't for the cosmetic damage and broken parts I'd have given this a much higher star rating.”
