“Top bar. Light knurling offering good grip. Not like some bars were your hands get ripped up from deep sharp knurling seen on some cheaper bars. You've probably used similar yourself so you know what I mean. The bar is also beautifully balanced and has great bearings allowing the bar to rotate nicely when lifting. This 15kg bar is now my favourite when I want to switch it down a notch from my other 20kg Olympic bars and my wife thinks it's fantastic too.”
