“My partner is tall and did not have to adjust his rope and it works really well for him, I am quite short and although it is adjustable you then end up with the ends sticking out and either you need to hold them which stops the bearings in the handle working or they can whip you. I think i will have to cut them but overall we were happy with the skipping ropes for the price we paid.”
