“Great set for a beginner and good value for money. The barbell is comfortably padded and the rubber-coated weights are gentle on my timber floors. The square shape stops them from rolling around and the grip holes are good for using them as free weights too. My only complaint is that the spring collars are not a great fit and are very awkward to slide on and off. Maybe they will improve with more use, but I would suggest that anyone looking at this product buy some separate 28mm quick-release collars if you don't already have a pair.”
