“This bar has padding on it making it great to grip & rest on shoulder. We’ve bought extra plates to go with this set as the shape allows to be used as free weights as well as in the bar. Love that the plates are square so the bar doesn’t roll when you set it down. Only thing we had to buy were different collars as the standard ones are hard to get on & off”
