“I ordered two packs of this new color (4/18) and just to give a forewarning for anyone wanting to know what this color looks like in person; it is a very light/warm brown. More like a level 5/6 with highlights. I was told from a sales rep that this would be a cool brown level 4 and it is definitely not that. I ended up having to color these myself with a cool level 3 to match my clients hair. The quality of the hair is great, but just be warned that the colors online are not the same in person.”
