It’s so embarrassing letting my clients open their new hair and it’s bent from the packaging. This time the hair was zipped in the package, came out looking cheap. Thankfully my client is laid back and we love the color and it felt nice. There is nothing better than getting new hair installed, unfortunately w hairball we have to wash it first and we dot get that new hair feeling.”
