“The quality of the hair felt really nice! Im just confused on why the “root” was about 3 inches long? Usually roots are about 1 inch on extensions. This was damn near a balayage how far it went down. Just wasn’t what I was expecting and you can’t really tell that by the photos of the hair on the website.”
