“This was the perfect present for my dad's birthday in the UK. Living in Canada, I was hoping to have a nice present delivered hastle free and on time..I couldn't have asked for anything better. The retirement home staff held on to the gift so they could give it to him while I was on the phone with him. It brought tears to my eyes.
